As long as MAXF continues to perform like the past few quarters, it looks like one of those rare opportunities to buy and hold for a multi-bagger.

Unless, of course, management finally figures out that they will make out like bandits if they take the company private at $8-9 and rake in all those profits for themselves.

Once the warrants are exercised, management would have to buy just over 5 million shares to lock up the whole kit and kaboodle. That's $40-45m, a chip shot to finance for this crowd with lots of cash on hand already and steady cash flow.

If not, we hold on and pay those LT cap gains sometime in 2003-2004 for a lot more.
