Maghribi doesn't own any, but he retired a few weeks ago.
Herb doesn't own any, which is a shame, but he is sitting on a bunch of in the money options that he is waiting to exercise.
McCoy owns 6880.
But your point is well taken, in general this group doesn't hang on to much company stock, and exercises their options as soon as they're in the money - what has made the AMD insiders all of a sudden decide to wait for a higher price?
Meanwhile, the Intel insiders have a long tradition of holding a lot of stock and holding their options as though they expect prices to head higher - now, all of a sudden, the Intel insiders are selling, while the AMD insiders are holding, and that's the reverse of the pattern that held as recently as 4 months ago. |
