Here are a few I like for this year. Listed in order of preference. DXI DEVLINE excellent growth potential, some very good land, and lots of it. ENC ENCOUNTER sold some assets at the top last year, some good land and lots of cash. PEL PURCELL Look like they are starting to shake things up a bit for this year. GNY GENTRY Good solid Co. ASR ASPEN Going to merge with Promax PMY long shot hope the merge does not go through, could have to much combined debt. But well worth keeping an eye on. Ps. sold all my PVE.un a while back. KVL still has good potential, but sold 50% still have 100,000 shares
