Years ago before I lived there, I used to drive up to Sebastian and buy a bushel (for $20!!). Most were so big you'd have to cut them in half. The real connoisseurs would also eat the small crab, sometimes found inside the bigger ones that live there in a symbiotic relationship with the oyster.
