"We're going to thaw Canada? :-)" The U.S. will need lots of water in the next decade from foreign sources as more people move to the South West and California. There is not enough local water to sustain agriculture let alone domestic needs. The closest, cleanest and cheapest foreign source is Canada. "Why the same people?
