Yes, there will likely be class action suits, but those appear every time a stock drops a significant amount. What should be their two largest customers, Symantec and H+R Block turned out unexpectedly weak. The number of serious viruses took a sharp drop and tax sites seemed to have traffic level with last year.

If we include the next four quarters from 2nd quarter 2002 to 2nd quarter 2003, they look like they will have earnings in excess of 30 cents.

Ebiz does not appear to be part of their growth. Although they have an upcoming Cisco store, they don't seem to have any great follow ons from Major League Baseball.

Still, the great unknown is Nokia. With 50 million Nokia Java phones to be released this year, one doesn't need many downloads per phone to be significant to this small cap stock.
