They have at great expense, had decent not overwhelming results in terror war, other wise Rummy and GW have failed miserably on shaping the military they way it needs to be shaped, or creating military philosophy and GW has failed miserably in the general management of the nation and world affairs. Cheerleading and pointing fingers "smoke em out" does not make effective leadership, nor does the secret society of the Executive Branch
