Elmat's Xtal ball:

1) A 20% unemployed rate worldwide.

a) You'll see it below that % in countries that can afford pseudo-jobs: steel, agriculture, civil 'servants', uniformed men, formerly known as soldiers, (you've got the types I talking about)

b) Countries that can't afford 'jobs-for-the-boys schemes, will have informal job markets.

2) Much more money seeking schemes (TM Jay Chen), rather than schemes seeking money.

a) Anyone planning to live off capital, get ready to be a millionaire, affording to live in a slum on top of those stony hills surrounding Rio de Janeiro. It is cheap and with a magnificent view, if you don't mind the stray bullets!!!

b) You've got to switch sidewalks to avoid passing in front of the HSBC in HK. You may risk the manager putting a hood over your head, bring you inside, and threat to break your right hand thumb if you don't borrow money from his bank.
