Somehow I find it difficult to give much credence a confirmed atheist's attempts to determine what a personal god may or may not be. I don't think you would much appreciate me trying to define what you as an atheist believe. I think you should not try to define what believers believe. Leave the definitions of belief to those who believe in them.
