First off I think very short term it might continue up. The Arabs depend on oil for their wealth. Because of terrorism they have alienated themselves from the rest of the world. If they were to get to crazy with prices they would be shooting themselves in the foot long term. They have pissed off enough world leaders already and cannot afford to play games with their biggest income source. Though they produce much of the worlds oil they are not the only game in town.
My point is that it is in the interest of ALL for prices to come back down to reality. Arabs no longer have the leverage that they once had!
