Xerox halted--will have to restate earnings for 2000 and 2001---this could be the end of a once GREAT company. And to think they HAD all the elements of the internet and the PC in their control and SHUT down their R&D in, i think, Palo Alto(thinking those guys in California were wasteing money on some way-out ideas!!)
