Thanks for your comments, Scott. Are you in the business, or just an investor who knows Avid well? My associate, who owns 2 Avids, and I are considering buying Avid again at these prices. He says he knows of two people here in San Diego who have just recently bought Avid Media Composers. I'm just worried about another negative earnings report coming up at the end of July. The street is not expecting them to post a profit until the next quarter. Still, there is that comment from investor's relations when I last spoke to them that their NAB orders were a record breaker. I suppose it's possible that they might surprise the street and post a small profit this time. But, if they post another loss, Avid may turn even further downward, offering a better entry point. Do you think this recent downward trend is mostly from the tech slump in general?
