IRF closed @ $ 46.44 just a tad short of recovery high of $46.50 on 1/8/2002. Intraday high of $46.90 was a new recovery high. This puppy is poised to run bigtime, IMO! Note present pattern of IRF Bollinger Bands necking down. Typically I'd expect Bollinger Bands to level off then break sharply one way or the other.
