At this point SLR is being looked at more as a telecom equipment company than an EMS company. My read on the chart suggests it should continue nicely higher to back above 10.

I continue to expect strength in semiconductors and networking stocks all this week. That should help. Longer term you are right. LU needs to sell equipment to make this contract valuable.
