It's much easier to look back at a string of things or tactics that have happened and weave a strategy to explain it. The trick is to come up with the strategy first and develop the tactics to execute. If what Morris said is true It would have been nice to learn a little about the planning and track the tactics so we could share in the success. Based on what W has said between Sunday and today on characterizing Arafat as a terrorist no make that a peace negotiator what can we perceive as his current strategic thinking.. Do you think these musings have strategic implications?
