Oprah's presence was supposed to be to show an example of a woman who could pull herself up by her own boot straps from poverty to success.....as an inspiration to girls who indeed must do the same thing.

I agree she should not have been invited.....all she could contribute would be to say "you go girl!"

They should ask the African American members of the U.S. Olympic Team to go along in order to celebrate the return to school classes of young females in Afghanistan.

Oprah's a blind partisan......pure & simple. She might be the wealthiest woman in the U.S., but, IMO she's not a
success as a member of the human race.
