With a deft flick of the wrist (it's always a deft flick... I mean what exactly would be accomplished with a limp flick?) Stuffy hurled his grappling hook truckward. Moments later, with the hook firmly embedded in the rear bumper of the donut delivery truck, Stuffy tossed the remaining coils of cable down into Muffy's hole. Then with a monumental intake of breath, he bellowed down into the hole until all the veins in his neck and forehead threatened to explode in a bloody mess all over the street, "GRAB HOLD OF THE CABLE! I'LL SAVE YOU!!!"
