I could see that happening but the middle east has me concerned. I can't imagine that Israel is going to put up with much more BS. A couple more suicide bombers and I think they'll wipe out the Palestinians. The Arab unrest at that point will be unreal. I really believe we are potentially watching the events that could unfold into WWIII. So I guess I think the lower end number could be much lower than the 1800's. Given the right set of circumstances I could see us not only retesting the lows but possibly blowing them away. The question is when. My guess is Bush will use the invasion of IRAQ as an election tool which would mean starting the invasion as late as say august. That thought process is bolstered by the fact that currently we don't have the kind of support we need for an invasion. If Israel starts to take Palestine to the woodshed the timetable for an Iraq invasion could be moved up msnbc.com Look at that Asshole
