Well Jim -- my DVID released their 10K this evening -- at least they are smart enough to wait until A/H is over -- I wish all companies did that. Revenues = $173M up from about $100M last year. Earnings = .14/share ! (down from about .21 last year). biz.yahoo.com I guess we'll see what it does tomorrow. Chris
