Of course I've read the plan.... I read the whole PDF when it came out last year.

The 'profiteering' I was referring to was the massive, multi-billion dollar tax credits - corporate welfare for some of the richest corporations on the planet - to be paid by the American taxpayers, of course.

An Industrial Policy of corporate welfare does not an energy plan make....
