AJ: No matter how you slice it, highs - lows look tired. New lows look to have found an upchannel today and that seems to be a developing problem. New highs have done nothing but bounce around with a spike down and a spike up during March as is noted by the parallel and flat bollinger bands. Nasdaq has an up bias for now. All consistent with the topping process thesis. I see the V man updated his charts today we seem to be in agreement with respect to what I have posted the past few days with respect to this issue. stockcharts.com[s3361078]&disp=P
