If oil is profitable to drill... it will be drilled.


Some oil is more profitable than others. If the oil is in ANWAR and the texas senators have pushed through a bill that sets the royalties to the government based on the price in which the oil is sold to a refinery. If the refinery can be a subsidiary of the same company that drills and pumps the well. If the driller sells to the sister refinery at pennies on the dollar. This oil can be worth a lot of profit, because nothing is paid to the owner, the American people.
