Howe's case was a joke. Ask yourself, if it had merit, why was Howe representing himself? "He who represents himself has a fool for a client."

Especially when suing rich, important institutions.

A big law firm won't let a new lawyer do anything in court but carry the briefcase of lead counsel. It takes years to learn how to handle a complex civil case, and it's very hard to do without teams of co-counsel.

He was outclassed before he started. And his pleadings sucked.

Not to mention that, as I stated when the case started, he did not state a cause of action.
