Vaughn, Hervé Séguin looks to have some excellent credentials for the next phase of CIC's development. Kudos to Gregory Capitolo for his efforts over this past tenuous period.

Here's a piece about... Canadian Wireless Carriers Announce Availability of North America's First Inter-Carrier Mobile Text Messaging Network. Of particular note is evidence of rapid deployment of text messaging. I suspect this is good news for security providers but there is no mention of security issues in the release.
