Who are the PCS spectrum holders? Voicestream? Sprint?

AT&T and Voicestream would probably be the most likely of the large carriers (simply because they will eventually have a W-CDMA network)....but it could be a variety of smaller carriers that want to do a small launch like Monet has.

The more I think about it....the more I would guess a small carrier. Maybe AT&T has some extra spectrum, but I dont think that VSTR could afford to have 10MHz devoted to data (at all times) in most markets. DO has much more flexability since you only need to use spectrum in 2.5MHz increments.

OTOH....the MMDS bands would be a pretty good place for this type of system.
