richy, My question relates to the fact that you are railing against war, and for total peace on Earth (which I wish for, but realize the futility of wishing). Since you claimed in posts, quite some time ago, that you flew combat missions from carrier decks, how do you equate that with being a peacenik. BTW, the only two carriers you mentioned at that time, were the Independence, and the Ranger, neither of which participated in air-to-air combat at the times you mentioned. To check this out is an easy process.
First of all, you go to a site, like go2net, or internet explorer. They can be used as something called a search engine. You know, to search is to try and find something, like an Easter egg, and engine is something that helps you do that searching. Carefully type in U.S. Navy, and if you can find the correct buttons, you can located a page that has all of the naval vessels of the United States, when they launched, and what their situation is today, along with every action she participated in.
Now, that doesn't sound too hard, does it?? You're a big boy. You can do it if you try. |
