Rumor of Bill Gates being shot!! Trading floors are buzzing with a rumor that Bill Gates has been shot; the number of market rumors about someone being shot/dying exceeds the number of actual shootings/deaths by a factor of about 100, but this one is so widespread we'll pass it along with that caveat. At present, there is no indication of any truth behind this rumor.
