I didn't take it personally.

And I don't think we need to get into a Bobby Byrd/Paul O'Neilltype of "I grew up mo' poor than you" discussion.

I just pointed out that I did in fact at a point in my life live in a trailer, not ashamed of it, not necessarily proud of it (except my profit<g>)...the main thing is when we talk disparagingly about a group of people based on their "social status" or family background, it reflects more poorly on the speaker, not the "subjects".
