That is one way to go. I doubt it will be the route followed. Allowances will continue to be made for innocuous entanglement (Christmas trees by the courthouse), entanglement with a secular rationale (such as government grants religious drug programs), entanglement that enhances free exercise (such as prison chaplains), and "denomination neutral" entanglement, that is, things like municipal recognition open to any organized group, religious or irreligious, that wants to take part.
