I don't see where Arafat has any particular choices or options open to him at the moment, actually. Whether or not he's interested seems a moot point. Well, I guess he's been given the option of going quietly into exile, but I'm unclear on what problem that would solve. I very much doubt it would solve Israel's problem with suicide bombers.
