RL is valued at $22 (which was the original IPO price)a share based on FY98 earnings and an industry PE of 20-23, so best to let the stock approach this value prior to buying. Goldman Saks holds a very large position in the stock so one has to be careful in believing what they say though I feel the price target they estimate is reasonable. Craig
