You haven't been keeping up with the stories coming out of Africa about the killings being done by the muslims of non muslims. I can't find the links to the stories I posted about them, unfortunately.
To me what happened during the Crusades on either side concerning atrocities, is unimportant. It's a footnote in history.
IMO People who have to use stories that happened 1000 years ago to explain the behavior of people today are just clutching at straws. So what if some Persian King killed 10,000 people in Greece 1000 years ago, and so what if some English King retaliated? It's a great basis for a movie, but it's useful for almost nothing else, except maybe as a filler in a sixth grade history book.

If you want to say those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it, then I say, okay...then it's obvious that the muslims are on another attempt at world conquest, and we need another Charlemagne..maybe Bush is him. Maybe he'll do the right thing and save the world. All it will take is him twitching his index finger a few times on the "red" button. He can pretend he's hitting the exclamation point on a typewriter about 2000 times. It goes like this: "Take that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Poof! No more islam.
