Strength for so long in such adverse circumstances should cause you to be less rather than more adamant in your price goal pronouncements. Why? because fund managers who wouldn't put their own money in a stock are willing to chase performance and put their shareholders' money into a few overvalued stocks. I stand by my assertion that most semi equips will break their sept lows.
