c horn doesn't want to know anything about islam, he'd rather make pompous speeches. Until people understand islam and what it stands for, then all the discusssions in the world are pointless. People are basing things on what they want to believe rather than what islam itself tells them to believe. It's important to know and understand what is going on today all over the world to see the larger picture. If people take things case by case, they can't see the whole. Each incident can be dismissed as an isloated one. The macro needs to be looked at first and then the micro. Not the other way around here. Sure not all killings by muslims are religious in motivation, but when the entire picture is looked at a pattern emerges. Confining the solution to what to do with Israel misses that it's not just Israel. My contention is that if the U.S. were to wipe Israel off the map, the root problem would still be there. The root problem is islam and war is inevitable with the muslim. They are not going to change it themselves, they have had just as much time to modify it as the rest of the world had to modify their religions and did, but they haven't. They can't because anyone that tries to change it is killed. Their religion requires them to kill people who want to make changes. That is a most effective way to insure things stay the same. So how can it be changed? The only way I see is war. Just like we went in and changed japanese society we have to do it with muslim society. We didn't force our religion on the Japanese btw. (our religion I consider to be basically Christian) I believe we are at war with them already. We just haven't admitted it to ourselves yet. I believe that the saidis are behind it all, saddam is just really like mussolini, but they and iran will provide the men. but IMO the saudis are the head of the snake.
