Yesterday, Jesse called a spur of the moment press conference - about a half hour notice. Snowed 8 inches here yesterday, accidents all over the place. The press corps risked life and limb to race over to his office. Jesse gets up and says he's announcing that he is going to run for a second term. Then he says "april Fools". End of press conference. Jesse and the press corps loath each other. My advice to Jesse - don't be a smart ass and screw around with the press for no good reason.
