Mr. Allen Sheito reports
Mountain Lake Resources has arranged a private placement of 500,000 units
at a price of 32 cents per unit, to raise gross proceeds of $160,000. Each
unit will consist of one common share and one non-transferable share
purchase warrants. Two warrants plus 50 cents are required to purchase one
additional common share for a period of one year from the closing date of
the offering. The net proceeds from the offering will be used for the
general working capital requirements of the company. The private placement
is subject to the acceptance of the Canadian Venture Exchange.
The company has also granted incentive stock options to purchase up to
330,000 shares at an exercise price of 32 cents per share, if exercised
within the next five years.
