No one wants to see you go. You're the one (one of the ones)that enables us to argue. You have to understand that some of us have had real life experiences and we're not just talking theoretically.

War is nasty business. No one denies that. Guns are an instrument that kill people. No one denies that.
The thing is, sometimes things happen because they have to happen.

There is just no other way sometimes. I know you'll say..there's always another way. But rich, believe me, sometimes there just isn't.

I can remember sitting behind a 60 caliber machine gun and believe me, I would have made no distinction between man, woman or child if it came to it. My life and the lives of my "brothers" "comrades" "friends" whatever you want to call them, were dependent on me, and I wasn't about to let them down. No one was ever going to say that their son, brother, husband, died because I didn't do what was necessary.
