"AFFIRMATIVE ACTION CAN BE FATAL"

What the anecdotal evidence of your one case shows is not that blacks make poor doctors, which is what I think you are alleging, but rather that 1. Blacks can be poor doctors as well as Asians and Whites and 2. that perhaps a simple test score is not the way to select students or other job seekers such as policemen or firemen.(I'm sure there are quadriplegics who can pass such tests). Affirmative action laws were not put in place to institute bias but rather to eliminate it. Were the law not in place at the time of the incident you posted, the black guy would have had no chance at all of getting in med school. An incompetent white would have had a chance. So I think that unless you can show that due to AA we now have the majority of whites discriminated against because they are white you cannot show a reverse discrimination. Merely providing for minorities who are discriminated against to get a piece of the pie does not now demonstrate bias against a group that had previously benefitted from favoritism .... Certainly the group that was previously favored will find that some of their kind may lose out to those previously unfavored. I wonder if you were ever in a position where you hired an employee on the basis of test score alone. I hired many people but was not allowed to ask anyone to take a written test. Aside from a loose screening of GPA's, we hired based on face to face interview and recommendation. And just for the record, those with the highest GPA's did not always make good employees.
