And what did the Bushies do between Jan and Sept to prevent those attacks? Bush was given a report that alerted him to the danger in March or April, I think. Deputy Sect. of State Powell gave the Taliban approx 43 megabucks to stop the growing of poppies sometime around April.....and I'll bet they used it for just that.... And is precisely the military that Clinton left behind that is performing so well in Afghanistan.
