Overview Through a formidable array of seasoned talent, proprietary technology and expertise, AVL Information Systems, Inc. of Michigan has created an integrated, event-based GPS (Global Positioning System) that is used for tracking any number of vehicles. I-Track, Inc., a subsidiary of AVL Information Systems, Ltd. of Sarnia, Ontario has been given the sole distributorship for these products and is now expanding its market scope. Dedicated to quality and innovation, the Company is located in Fort Gratiot, Michigan and has been operational for over a decade. Products AVLIS’ flagship product is the Spryte event-driven, GPS tracking solution that has realized good sales for the past four years. Solid-state design, modularity for individual needs, and the ability to monitor unlimited, customized events, gives the Spryte decided advantages over current competition. Data collected by the device is sent to Listener, a proprietary software agent, where it is processed, parsed and archived to a database that is retrieved by the Company’s FleetTrack, the primary user mapping interface.
Other products include the AVLIS Chaperone that uses the latest in wireless communication and the Internet to track personal vehicles, locate stolen automobiles, monitor fleets, and provide in-vehicle navigation. It is a very low-cost device and installation is covert. The Chaperone has data logging, panic button interface, geofencing, low battery monitor, battery protector circuitry, 12 channel, Swiss made GPS, and e-mail alert capability.

Opinion Crescent Fund, Inc. is a Wall Street private equity and alternative asset investment firm and in our research we constantly encounter the intense pride that I-Track, Inc., and its parent AVL Information Systems, take in being imaginative, creative and aggressive companies that think the unexpected. I-Track’s highly motivated team, its dynamic strategy and existing placement fit well within a global market niche and it could easily become the industry leader. The small equity capitalization should significantly leverage results. It appears as a fast rising star in the general gloom of today’s business environment.
