Most people understand that killing is evil. They just don't care. That's why the "good" people must resort to it. They know and understand that if they don't do it, they themselves will be killed by these lunatics. Do you actually believe that the "good" people want to kill? They don't, believe me. They are forced to. If they don't, they will be eliminated. If they don't have the means to prevent it, then things like Afgan happen, because the killers don't care, they get the weapons, and use them against everyone else.
There ARE evil people in the world. There always have been.
It's easier to take things from others than to work for it.
That's why we mustn't be silent, we mustn't shork what must be done. In the end we will end up doimng what must be done anyway, and by that time it will cost everyone much more in lives and misery than if we had done what we should have in the beginning. Unfortunately, that's what always happens. I don't know why we don't learn from that. But we don't.
You know, if we go to war with islam now, you may be right in your fears that a few hundred million people will die. maybe more. But you know what rich... if we wait, it will be much much worse. In 20 years we will be facing the same decision, and then a few billion people will die. In 20 years maybe we will be forced to do it by them. By that I mean that in 20 years if we do nothing now, they will think that they can win, and do it to us. |
