Mark, PGE-B is playing with dynamite. If Arthur Anderson goes bankrupt and vacates their offices... If SCZ can also demand payment and put the series A preferreds, this will cause a cash flow crunch. The return is great if you are right, but the odds are too risky for me. Richard
