Hi Nadine Carroll; If Israeli intelligence knows who the active militants are, then how come the number of suicide bombings isn't decreasing? Because the bombers have had safe haven in Area A and a quasi-state to support them. This goes back to the lists of men that the US and Israel have been insisting that Arafat arrest, whom he hasn't arrested. This is one of the diplomatic dances that's been going on for the whole period of this 'intifada'.
