I'd say the term "imaginary friend" fits the bill for a statement about religious beliefs by secularists that's derogatory.

My only implication about the religious people who do this is that they are uninformed about how that offends people of my beliefs.

The problem I have with your original post is that the majority of "religious beliefs" you point to as offensive to you are mainline Christian and Jewish.

Sacrifices: Judaism, the Old Testament
Consumptive sacrifices: Christianity, Holy Communion
Relics: Christianity, specifically Catholicism
Groveling, breast-beating: the Old Testament, specifically the rending of clothes to express mourning
Prostration: Christianity, specifically kneeling in prayer
The kissing of feet: Christianity, specifically done to and by Jesus Christ
Participants' eyes in beatific gaze: Catholicism, specific to saints. Also Pentecostal.
zombies: Haitian voodoo.
Helplessness: Don't know what you're referring to.

So it looks like you've covered most of the most meaningful parts of Christianity and Judaism (upon which much of Christianity is based) as being offensive to you.
