"So what does 1800+ mean now?" I suspect that it is justifiable in that the reference chip will be the original Spitfire. Just like the Athlon reference is the Tbird. So the ratings are consistent in their particular market niche. I can't imagine what the Willamette-128 will perform like, though. It looks as if the Celeron is returning to it's roots...
