biz.yahoo.com These Chinese names are such a pain but I finally figured out CEC is part of Zhong Dian Telecom, one of the 19 approved manufacturers. This may be important because XING has been trying to get into CDMA every which way for ages. They are probably more experienced in handset manufacturing than CEC. Being a listed company here, we may have a little more information from their qtr reports.
