First, the "innocuousness" test was one of the constitutional criteria, and had nothing to do with personal behavior. Second, the "discommoded" test has to do with how far I, as someone who does not subscribe to a particular belief or practice, should be expected to put myself out in order not to offend someone. This can be stretched to "the community", when it is a matter of discretion, but is different from the question of entanglement, which has to do with the application of the First Amendment. So you seem to have shifted gears on me. Does this get us back on track?
