It's ok. I recognize that QuantiSpeed is a confusing and deceptive measurement, so I forgive you for once again confusing it with megahertz.

Intel actually went from a 1.0GHz Pentium III to a 1.5GHz Pentium 4, and also there was a 1.3GHz downbinned part that was released. Because of differences in the micro-architecture, the Pentium III outperformed the Pentium 4 on several applications.

But remember - megahertz is *not* a "performance rating".
