What tutor doesn't understand is that BAY has proven reserves and that they can take the silver out for $1.50 per ounce in the first two years and less than $3.00 in the following years.

No matter what economic sector you consider, no matter if there is a shortage or not, low cost producers always replace high cost producers.

Sure there is always a limit on the minimum price a producer must get in order to to produce, but if the long term price of silver remains in the current range $4-$5 range, BAY is a go.
