In Annapolis, yes (with a separate campus in Santa Fe -- they wanted to expand the program, but making it larger than 400 students would have been unacceptable, so they started a whole new campus).

Arts, no. You may be thinking of Bennington.

St. John's is probably the only college in the country, perhaps in the world, which has only one lecture class per week, and that's the campus-wide guest lecture series held Friday nights which is mandatory. I think this may be the only college which dares to require all students to be in class Friday evenings at 8:00. I also think it may be the only college which requires all lecturers, after their lecture, to submit to a question period afterwards, which has been known to run as late as 4:00 a.m. when you get a really good lecturer who is willing to keep answering questions and can keep students attention that long.
